In cases where the correspondence relates to a contract with a long-term execution, the period starts from the final execution and/or termination of the contract.
- Data processed based on your explicit consent is processed until the consent is withdrawn or you object to the processing.
- What rights do you have as a personal data subject?
- You have the following rights, for which the Administrator will assist at any time:
- Right to information
You have the right to receive information at the time of collection of your personal data regarding the data that the Administrator collects, who will process it, for what purposes and on what grounds.
- Right of access
At any time, you have the right to request access to your personal data that the Administrator stores. You also have the right to request a free copy of your personal data that is being processed.
- Right to rectification
You have the right to request that your personal data be corrected in order to keep it up-to-date and accurate.
- Right to erasure (right to be forgotten)
You have the right to request that your personal data be deleted once it is no longer necessary for the purposes of the processing or once the grounds for the processing have ceased to exist.
- Right to restriction of processing
In certain cases, you have the right to request restriction of the processing of your personal data.
- Right to portability
You may request to receive your personal data in a structured, commonly used and machine-readable format (i.e. in digital form), as well as request the transfer of your data to another controller specified by you, where this is possible and feasible.

- Right to appeal
You have the right to seek protection of your rights through the Commission for Personal Data Protection (CPDP). The CPDP is an independent state body that monitors the lawfulness of personal data processing activities. - How can you exercise your rights?
- You can exercise any of the listed rights by sending a written notification to the address: Plovdiv, 14 Raya St., entrance A, floor 2, apt. 6, addressed to the Administrator. The application can also be submitted electronically in accordance with the Electronic Document and Electronic Signature Act. The application is submitted personally by you or by a person authorized by you, unless a special law provides otherwise.
- The application should contain the name, address and other data for identification of the individual concerned, a description of the request, preferred form of communication and actions under Art. 15-22 of Regulation (EU) 2016/679, signature, date of submission of the application and address for correspondence. In case the application is submitted through a proxy, a power of attorney should also be attached.
