Video Surveillance Privacy Policy
With this policy we would like to inform you about the personal data we collect through video surveillance in LAVEDY laser studio studios with the following addresses:

I. Who processes your personal data?
I.1. The administrator of your personal data is Laser Systems OOD, with UIC 206155479, with its registered office and registered office in Plovdiv, 14 Raya Street, represented by Angel Donchev (hereinafter referred to as the “Company”, “Administrator”, “We”)

II. What personal data do we collect and how?
II.1. When performing video surveillance, We collect your images, which constitute personal data.
II.2. We recognize the need to strike a balance between the right to privacy on the one hand and the need to ensure the safety and security of our customers, employees, visitors and assets. Therefore, we do not have CCTV cameras in areas such as restrooms, changing rooms or rooms where laser hair removal is performed.
III. For what purposes and on what basis do we process your personal data?
III.1. We process personal data through our video surveillance systems based on our legitimate interests in maintaining the security and integrity of our premises, and in connection with possible legal claims.
III.2. We carry out video surveillance for the purpose of:
- exercising control over labor discipline;
- improving the quality of customer service;
- prevention of abuses and unlawful encroachments;
- security of employees, customers and visitors from malicious actions of third parties;
- protection of company’s assets.
IV. Колко време съхраняваме и обработваме Вашите лични данни?
IV.1. We store video recordings for no more than 14 days, after which all collected data is destroyed.
IV.2. We may retain copies of certain parts of records when we have a specific and legally justified reason for doing so.
V. To whom can we share the CCTV images?
V.1. We may share videos with the following categories of recipients:
- competent public authorities in implementation of legal provisions;
- companies providing maintenance and security services to the Administrator;
- companies providing accounting and legal services to the Administrator.
VI. What are your rights?
VI.1. You have the following rights, for which the Administrator will assist at any time:
- Right to information – you have the right to receive information at the time of collection of your personal data regarding the data that the Administrator collects, who will process it, for what purposes and on what grounds.
- Right of access – you can request access to your personal data that we hold about you. You also have the right to request a free copy of it.
- Right to rectification – you have the right to request that your personal data be corrected in order to keep it up-to-date and accurate.
- Right to erasure (right to be forgotten) – you have the right to request that your personal data be erased once it is no longer necessary for the purposes of the processing or once the grounds for the processing have ceased to exist.
- Right to restriction of processing – in certain cases you have the right to request restriction of the processing of your personal data.
- Right to portability – you may request to receive your personal data in a structured, commonly used and machine-readable format (i.e. in digital form), as well as request the transfer of your data to another controller specified by you, if this is possible and feasible.
- Right to complain – you have the right to seek protection of your rights through the Commission for Personal Data Protection (CPDP). The CPDP is an independent state body that monitors the lawfulness of personal data processing activities. VII. How can you exercise your rights?
VII.1. You may exercise any of the listed rights by sending a written notification to the address: Plovdiv, 14 Raya Street, addressed to the Administrator. The application may also be submitted electronically in accordance with the Electronic Document and Electronic Signature Act. The application is submitted personally by you or by a person authorized by you, unless a special law provides otherwise.
VII.2. The application should contain the name, address and other data for identification of the relevant natural person, a description of the request, preferred form of communication and actions under Art. 15-22 of Regulation (EU) 2016/679, signature, date of submission of the application and address for correspondence. In case the application is submitted through a proxy, a power of attorney should also be attached.

VIII. How do we ensure the security of your personal data?
VIII.1. We have taken the necessary technical and organizational measures against unauthorized or unlawful processing, access, provision, copying, modification, storage, reproduction, display or dissemination of personal data.
IX. When can we change the current policy?
IX.1. The Administrator reserves the right to change this policy at any time by updating, supplementing and amending it.
